    These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to, them, their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions.

    Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Vietnam, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

    15.3 Waiver of Jurisdiction Objections

    You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

    16. Arbitration

    16.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

    At our sole discretion, we may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) applying Vietnamese law.

    16.2 Location

    Any arbitration will be held in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and you and FYFOR agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of any competent court in Vietnam to compel arbitration, stay proceedings pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate, or enter judgment on the award entered by the arbitrator.

    16.3 Class Action Waiver

    You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative action, and you expressly waive your right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.

    17. Waiver and Severability

    17.1 Waiver

    No waiver by FYFOR of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by FYFOR to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

    17.2 Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

    18. Entire Agreement

    These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other documents they expressly incorporate by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and FYFOR regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.

    We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter.
